NEIMUS360 Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NEIMUS360 platform (the “Platform”) during its private testing phase. The Platform is provided to you for evaluation, feedback, and authorised testing only. It is not intended for production use, public release, or commercial resale during this period.

By accepting an invite to the Platform you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for the testing scope agreed with your inviting administrator.
• Keep your login credentials, two-factor authentication codes, and backup codes confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Report defects, security concerns, and unexpected behaviour via the in-app “Report an issue” button rather than posting them publicly.
• Not attempt to access tenants, buildings, sensors, or user records outside of your authorised scope, including via URL manipulation or API probing.

Testing activity on the Platform produces sensor readings, occupancy metrics, alerts, and feedback records that are attributed to your tenant. NEIMUS360 may retain, analyse, and use this data to improve the Platform, fix defects, and validate releases. We will not sell your data to third parties.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for every tester account. You are responsible for safeguarding your authenticator device and your printed backup codes. Loss of both will require a Platform administrator to reset your account.

The Platform is provided “as is” during the testing phase. Features may change, data may be reset, and downtime may occur without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose during this period.

Your administrator may revoke your access at any time. NEIMUS360 may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to circumvent platform controls, or pose a security risk to other tenants. Termination does not delete the audit record of your acceptance of these terms.

Feedback you submit via the in-app reporting flow may be used by NEIMUS360 to improve the Platform without compensation or attribution. You retain ownership of any sensor data you generate.

We may update these terms during the testing period. Material changes will trigger a re-prompt on your next sign-in so you can review and re-accept. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate which version is in effect.

Questions about these terms, your data, or your account should go to your inviting administrator in the first instance. For platform-wide concerns, use the in-app “Report an issue” button so the report is logged against your tenant.
